About the role
We are looking for passionate, self-motivated and proactive team player to be responsible for increasing brand awareness which drives business growth and builds a great marketing team.
Your responsibilities:
- Good technical knowledge in setting up, managing, and optimising campaigns to drive awareness and acquisition across digital channels including SEM, Display, PPC, SEO, Social Media and Affiliate marketing
- Identifying replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey service benefits to drive new customer acquisition
- Work closely with the marketing team to propose marketing ideas, develop marketing plans and KPIs, as well as ongoing reporting
- Manage revenue delivery and budget spend, including daily optimisation and providing real-time targeting recommendations
- Create A/B testing frameworks and implementation to ensure consistent growth of acquisitions
- Plan and execute content marketing, including content strategy that can penetrate different market segments
- Measuring and reporting performance of all social media campaigns and ongoing ad performance
- Regularly monitor and survey market trends of similar industries
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Advertising/Media, e-Commerce, Mass Communications, or equivalent
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experienced in Search Engine Marketing including PPC, AdWords, and Display Advertising
- Relevant experience with good technical knowledge and hands-on experience with SEM, SMM, SMO, SEO and able to execute and optimise
- Experienced in Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Youtube, etc)
- Experience in Jira is a plus
- Strong analytical skills – familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, or other equivalent analytics tools)
- Excellent proficiency in the English language
- Proven experience in writing and editing ad copies
