Setting Up - Custom Fields

Customised Asset Fields

You have an option to create a custom field asset. This works best if another type of asset will be added which is not on the platform.

Adding Asset Custom Field

On the ‘Setup’ feature, go to Custom Fields then go to Asset.

Upon clicking on the +Add New Custom Field Asset, fill out the necessary information on the box according to your preference:

  • Custom Field Name: input the custom field name that you would like to add.
  • Data Type: from the dropdown menu, select the data type for the data.
  • Required Field: select from either Yes or No.
  • Selected Categories: select from either All Categories or Multiple.

Upon setting all information, click on Add.

When it has been successfully added, this page will be shown on the Asset page.

Editing Asset Custom Field

You can edit the asset custom field by clicking the pen sign.

Then, update any details needed and click Save.

Deleting Asset Custom Field

You can delete the asset custom field by clicking the trash sign.

Then, click Delete to confirm the removal of the asset custom field.

Customised Employee Fields

Adding an employee wouldn't take much time, as this feature will let you do it in the most efficient way possible.

Adding Employee Custom Field

On this part, you have an option to put a custom field employee. This works best if another type of employee will be added that is not on the platform.

On the ‘Setup’ feature, go to Custom Fields then go to Employee.

Upon clicking on the +Add New Custom Field Employee, fill out the necessary information on the box according to your preference:

  • Custom Field Name: input the custom field name that you would like to add.
  • Data Type: from the dropdown menu, select the data type for the data.
  • Required Field: select from either Yes or Optional.

Upon setting all information, click on Add.

When it has been successfully added, this page will be shown on the Employee page.

Editing Employee Custom Field

You can edit the employee custom field by clicking the pen sign.

Then, update any details needed and click Save.

Deleting Employee Custom Field

You can delete the employee custom field by clicking the trash sign.

Then, click Delete to confirm the removal of the employee custom field.

Customised Insurance Policy Fields

In need of another insurance to be tracked? Make use of this feature and add your policy. It will save you a lot of time!

Adding Insurance Policy Custom Field

On this part, you have an option to put custom field insurance. This works best if another type of insurance will be added and is not on the platform.

On the ‘Setup’ feature, go to Custom Fields then go to Insurance Policy.

Upon clicking on the +Add New Custom Field Insurance, fill out the necessary information on the box according to your preference:

  • Custom Field Name: input the custom field name that you would like to add.
  • Data Type: from the dropdown menu, select the data type for the data.
  • Required Field: select from either Yes or Optional.

Upon setting all information, click on Add.

When it has been successfully added, this page will be shown on the Insurance Policy page.

Editing Insurance Policy Custom Field

You can edit the insurance policy custom field by clicking the pen sign.

Then, update any details needed and click Save.

Deleting Insurance Policy Custom Field

You can delete the insurance policy custom field by clicking the trash sign.

Then, click Delete to confirm the removal of the insurance policy custom field.

Customised Location Field

Whatever your desired location is, or however you want it monitored for your business, do it in the most convenient way.

Adding Location Custom Field

On this part, you have an option to put a custom field location. This works best if another type of location will be added that is not on the platform.

On the ‘Setup’ feature, go to Custom Fields then go to Location.

Upon clicking on the +Add New Custom Field Location, fill out the necessary information on the box according to your preference:

  • Custom Field Name: input the custom field name that you would like to add.
  • Data Type: from the dropdown menu, select the data type for the data.
  • Required Field: select from either Yes or Optional.

Upon setting all information, click on Add.

Upon clicking on the +Add New Custom Field Warranty, fill out the necessary information on the box according to your preference:

  • Custom Field Name: input the custom field name that you would like to add.
  • Data Type: from the dropdown menu, select the data type for the data.
  • Required Field: select from either Yes or Optional.

Upon setting all information, click on Add.
