Report Categories

You can generate reports according to the category it belongs.

The second main section of the Reports tool is the Report Categories. It is composed of the following sections:

  1. Asset Status
  2. Audit Status
  3. Category & Manufacturer
  4. Departments
  5. Employees
  6. History Reports
  7. QR Codes

Asset Status

In this section, you can check or search the status of your asset.

Actions - you can select actions if you want to do the following for the Asset Status: Export to PDF, Export to Excel, and Automated Report.

Audit Status

In this section, you can check or search the audit status of your asset.

Actions - you can select actions if you want to do the following for the Audit Status: Export to PDF, Export to Excel, and Automated Report.

Category and Manufacturer

In this section, you can check or search the category and the manufacturer of your asset.

Actions - you can select actions if you want to do the following for the Category and Manufacturer: Export to PDF, Export to Excel, and Automated Report.

Departments

In this section, you can check or search the department that have been registered in the system.

Actions - you can select actions if you want to do the following for the Departments: Export to PDF, Export to Excel, and Automated Report.

Employees

In this section, you can check or search the employee/s that have been registered in the system.

Actions - you can select actions if you want to do the following for the Employees: Export to PDF, Export to Excel, and Automated Report.

History Reports

This is the default tool where you can check the status of the report.

Actions - you can select actions if you want to do the following for the History Reports: Export to PDF, Export to Excel, and Automated Report.

QR Codes

This is where you can check or search the QR code.

Actions - you can select actions if you want to do the following for the QR Codes: Export to PDF, Export to Excel, and Automated Report.
