Maintenance - Work Order & Request

Work Order

You can easily sync the order of the work that needs to be done if you know its priority whether if it’s low, medium, or high.

*This feature is only available for the Advanced plan and Free plan (up to 250 assets).

Adding a Work Order

On the Maintenance feature, choose Work Order then select +Add New Work Order.

It will show the Work Order Details that need to be filled out.

  • Work Order Title: input the title of the work order.
  • Work Order Description: input the description of the work order.
  • Priority: from the drop-down menu, select the level of priority whether it's high, low, or medium.
  • Start Date: input the date when the work order will start.
  • End Date: input the date when the work order will end.
  • Due Date: input the date when the work order is due.
  • Repeating Schedule: input the date when the work order will start.
  • End Recurring Date: input the date when the recurring date will end.
  • Estimate Duration (Minutes): input the estimated duration of the work order.
  • Maintenance Category: from the drop-down menu, select the category of the maintenance either Ad-hoc, Broken, In-repair, Preventative, or Service.
  • Location: from the locations registered in the system, select from the drop-down menu the location of the work order.
  • Worker: assign the worker for the work order.
  • Additional Worker: assign any other workers for the work order if necessary.
  • Team: assign the team for the work order.
  • Asset by Location: select the asset for the work order that is sorted by location
  • Purchase Order: input the purchase order of the work order.
  • Image/File: upload any file or image for the work order if needed.

Click Save when all details have been completed. A preview of the Work Order created will be shown.

Editing a Work Order

You can edit the work order by clicking the pen sign.

Input the information to be edited. Then, click Save to save the details.

Deleting a Work Order

You can delete the work order by clicking the trash sign.

Then, click Delete to confirm the removal of the work order.

Request

It is possible to request a work order for a task that needs to be performed. The assignee will also be notified of it.

*This feature is only available for the Advanced plan and Free plan (up to 250 assets).

Adding a Request

You can make a request for the work order that needs to be accomplished. By doing so, the assigned worker will have a heads-up to be able to prepare for the upcoming tasks.

On the Maintenance feature, choose Request then select +Add New Request.

Fill out the fillable boxes that need information.

  • Request Description: input the description of the request.
  • Request Title: input the title of the request.
  • Worker: assign the worker for the request.
  • Additional Workers: assign any other workers for the request if necessary.
  • Team: assign the team for the request.
  • Due Date: input the date when the request is due.
  • Estimate Duration (Minutes): input the estimated duration of the request
  • Maintenance Category: from the drop-down menu, select the category of the maintenance either Ad-hoc, Broken, In-repair, Preventative, or Service.

Editing a Request

You can edit the request by clicking the pen sign.

Input the information to be edited. Then, click Save to save the details.
