If you have more than one site location, use this feature to add other site locations of your assets.
On your Dashboard, select the ‘Locations’ category.

- Filter: if you want to filter the location, you can select location name, address, location status, and description.
- Add New Location: fill up the new location data.
- Actions: with this, you can do the following:
- Export Location file to PDF format
- Export Location file to Excel format
- Set Up Columns: customises the columns seen on the locations page.
- Import New Location: best used when adding new locations in bulk.
When you click the “+Add New Location” button, a new form will appear. Input the information needed:
- Location: you can add the new location where the asset is located.
- Location Status: select the location status from the drop-down menu options: under renovation, available, or closed down
- Details:
- Description: input the specific location of the new location to be added.
- Address 1: input the street address of the new or another address of the new location to be added.
- Address 2: input the apartment, suite, or space number of the new or another address of the new location to be added.
- City: input the city of the new location to be added.
- State: input the state of the new location to be added.
- Zip/Postal Code: input the zip or postal code of the new location to be added.
- Country: select the country of the new location from the drop-down menu.
- Region: input the region of the new location to be added.
- Site ID: input the site ID of the new location to be added.
- Custom Fields
- GPS Coordinates: tracing the exact coordinates.
- Latitude: input the latitude of the new location to be added using google map.
- Longitude: input the longitude of the new location to be added using google map.
- Photos: upload the photo where the new location to be added is located.
- GPS Coordinates: tracing the exact coordinates.

Once all information has been typed in, click Add to add the new location.
