This calendar lets you see the reserved date, check-out date and available dates for the asset(s).
This Availability Calendar feature lets you see the dates of the following:
- Asset Reservation Date: coloured in yellow
- Available Dates of the Asset: coloured in green
- Check Out Date of the Asset: coloured in red
In the example below, you can see the reserved date, available date and check out date for the asset. The date will be highlighted in its designated colour with its description.
When you reserve or check out an asset on a date that is not available, the reservation or check out will not go through, and it will be automatically marked on the calendar.
